The band comes to us from Melbourne, Australia, and simply put a wonderful spell over the Friday afternoon crowd at the Horseshoe Tavern.
They’re surprisingly upbeat and energetic for such chillwave music. Snare-heavy drums and a reverby electric guitar bring a fun surfy vibe, while a throbbing bass and an acoustic guitar fill out the band’s sound. The keys, meanwhile, add a unique twinkling touch.
Their vocals, too, are fun and soft, and their harmonies are nothing short of a dream.
On stage, the fivesome is obviously having a blast. They’re cool and collected, and the audience is absolutely rapt.
